Menus are designed for sharing and shaped by French technique with a distinctly Australian sensibility. Seated events begin with canapés on the Terrasse before moving into shared courses, seasonal sides and classic French desserts. Cocktail-style events flow across all three spaces with roaming canapés, grazing stations, substantial bites and a sweet finish to close the evening.
Free-flowing beverage packages range from relaxed French house pours through to elevated selections featuring Taittinger Champagne and premium Burgundy wines. All packages also include Capi soft drinks, sparkling water, Kronenbourg 1664 and premium non-alcoholic options.
